Once Rise Up begins working with a community partner, it will immediately begin to conduct due diligence on each and every property where its partners desire to locate wireless infrastructure. Following this due diligence review, Rise Up will collaborate with its engineering partners to determine the viability of available properties and outline a preliminary plan identifying potential tower locations.
After these two steps, Rise Up will actively work with the wireless carriers at the highest levels to determine whether the selected properties meet current carrier build out needs. Once Rise Up and the carriers match a need with one of its partners’ properties, Rise Up and its partner will execute a ground lease and commence all relevant zoning and land use requirements.
Finally, after receiving requisite approvals, Rise Up’s engineering and construction teams will commence construction of the wireless infrastructure. At each and every step along the way, Rise Up will maintain constant communication with its partners.
